DNCR Compliance for Outbound Calls from UAE Numbers
Effective 17 June 2026 · Applies to UAE (+971) numbers only · Last updated 8 June 2026
This notice applies only to outbound calls placed from UAE (+971) numbers. If your service with Arkan Solutions does not include UAE numbering, no action is required and your service remains unaffected.
What is changing
Effective 17 June 2026, Arkan Solutions will apply mandatory Do Not Call Registry (DNCR) screening to all outbound calls originating from UAE numbers. Every outbound call will be checked in real time against the UAE national DNCR database, and any call placed to a number listed on the registry will be automatically blocked before it connects.
What this means for you
- Outbound calls from your UAE numbers to DNCR-listed recipients will not be completed.
- Screening is applied automatically at the network level — no configuration changes are required on your side.
- All other outbound and inbound traffic continues to operate without interruption.
Regulatory basis
This change is implemented in accordance with the telemarketing regulations of the UAE Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), issued under UAE Cabinet Resolution No. 56 of 2024. These regulations prohibit contacting consumers who have registered their numbers on the DNCR to opt out of unsolicited marketing communications. The registry is maintained by the TDRA and distributed through the UAE's licensed telecom operators.
Opting out (numbers registered under your own trade license)
If your UAE numbers are registered under your own trade license and you wish to opt out of DNCR screening, you must submit this request by opening a support ticket no later than Thursday, 11 June 2026. Requests received after this deadline may not be processed before the 17 June 2026 activation date.
To open a ticket, visit help.arkan.international or email support@arkan.net.sa.
Recommended action
To minimise blocked-call volumes, we recommend reviewing your outbound contact lists ahead of 17 June 2026 to ensure they reflect current consent and opt-out preferences.
