This article will help you configure a SIP trunk from Arkan Solutions services on your 3CX PBX
Using the below instructions, you will be able to configure a SIP trunk on 3CX that sends and receives calls from Arkan Solutions proxies.
In order to proceed you need to have...
- Active Arkan Solutions SIP service plan
- 3CX Pro or Enterprise with admin access
- A confirmation from Arkan support that 3CX public IP is set as the destination of your Arkan subscription.
- At least one active DID that is linked to your Arkan subscription.

Step one
- Open voice & chat menu
- Press on Add sip trunk then add trunk
Step two
In General tab:
- Add trunk name
- Add default route for incoming calls
- Add sip trunk details Ip and port
- Add caller id
- Press on options tab then add 3cx public Ip
- Step four
- Open outbound rule menu
- Select created trunk
- Add outbound caller id
- Open outbound rule menu
- Select created trunk
- Add outbound caller id
